 This home-by-sea has a variety of things to enjoy such as our beautiful beaches, fishing and clam digging, dune buggy & ATV riding, shelling, a fire pit area and barbeque for group gatherings. This location is well-known for seeing dolphins, seals & whales in the morning.

Enjoy your Mexico gateway in our privately owned Studio, 2 & 3 bedroom rooms and houses located in north Rancho Percebu sometimes referred to as Laguna Percebu, just a short drive to neighboring San Felipe.  Free high speed internet and satellite TV. Very clean well water for all houses.

At exit km21 - 3km to beach then after entering Percebu before cantina turn left (North)  for 2 km. At end of road turn right into Franco's Baja Rentals through gate.
